Strawberry Smoothie

Cook time: 1 mins
Yield: 2 glasses

Ingredients:
  • 250 gm strawberry, hulled, roughly chopped
  • 1 large apple, cored, roughly chopped
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 6 Tbsp yoghurt
  • 100 ml iced water
  • 2 Tbsp honey
Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into two serving glasses and serve immediately.
Note:
  • The amount of honey used depends on the sweetness of the fruits and personal preference.
