To get the best results, taste the orange to make sure it’s sweet enough before cooking with chicken wings.

Ingredients:
- 620 gm chicken wings, tips removed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 tsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 3 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 orange zest, only orange part
- ½ orange, juiced
- ¼ cup water
- Chop the chicken wings and blanch in boiling water for about 3 minutes to remove any blood and impurities. Drain well. Set aside.
- Combine all the seasonings. Place in a wok. Add garlic and chicken wings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook with a lid on until the wings are done. Remove the lid. Increase heat to high. Continue to cook until the sauce reduced to thicken to your liking. Serve immediately.
