Yield: 5 to 6 serves
Ingredients:
- 350 gm turkey mince
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 1 iceberg lettuce
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- sesame oil, to taste
- 3 tsp light soy sauce
- white pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 2 Tbsp water
- Mix turkey mince with marinade. Cut and trim the iceberg lettuce into cups. Rinse and pat dry. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. Saute garlic. Add turkey mince. Use a spatula to break up the mince along the way of stir frying, until turns brown. Stir in spring onion and red chilli. Drizzle sesame oil. Dish up in a large bowl.
- Spoon about two to three large spoons of cooked turkey mince into the lettuce cups. Drizzle lime juice. Enjoy!
