- 300 gm beef fillet
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 spring onion, diced
- 1 red chilli, roughly chopped, optional

Transfer the beef onto shredded iceberg lettuce. Garnish with red chilli. Serve immediately.
